All Access Care Point was founded on over a decade of firsthand experience as a travel nurse, witnessing the critical impact that staffing shortages have on both patient outcomes and healthcare teams. Working on the frontlines, I saw how understaffing places a strain on hospitals, contributes to burnout, and ultimately affects the quality of care delivered.

That experience inspired me to create a solution.
