The founder of All Access Care Point (AACP) is a registered nurse with over 16 years of clinical experience and more than 10 years as a travel nurse, having worked across healthcare systems throughout the United States.

Through this experience, she has witnessed firsthand the challenges hospitals face with staffing shortages, nurse burnout, and gaps in support for new clinicians. These experiences led to the creation of AACP—not only to provide reliable staffing solutions, but to develop programs that help healthcare facilities retain nurses and build stronger, more stable clinical teams.

She is deeply passionate about supporting the next generation of nurses, ensuring they are properly trained, supported, and confident as they transition into practice through structured preceptorship and on-the-job training.

Her mission is to never leave a nurse behind—focusing on developing strong critical thinking skills, clinical competence, and confidence, while always prioritizing patient safety and compassionate, patient-centered care.
