How the Referral Program Works

  1. You submit a referral
     Send us the basic details of a nurse or allied professional you believe is a strong fit. This usually includes their name, specialty, and contact information.
  2. We reach out and qualify the candidate
    Our team connects directly with your referral to understand their experience, licensure, availability, and career goals. In South Carolina and across the U.S., this step also includes verifying credentials and ensuring compliance with state and facility requirements.
  3. Placement into an assignment
    Once cleared, we match them with available assignments that align with their specialty and preferences—whether that’s travel contracts, per diem work, or longer-term placements.
  4. Assignment completion milestone
    After your referral completes 30 days on their first assignment, the referral qualifies for the bonus.
  5. Bonus payout
    We process referral bonuses within two weeks after that 30-day milestone is met. No complicated steps or follow-ups required from your end.

Referral Bonus Structure

  • $1,000 – Registered Nurses (all specialties)
  • $500 – Allied Health Professionals

These rates reflect standard industry benchmarks for healthcare staffing and are structured to reward referrals that lead to real, completed placements—not just applications.
